The Mark Townsend Team at Group Mortgage is prepared to help you make your dream of a Sosas Signature Homes home a reality! Our Team works together with the Construction Lenders at Security State Bank to provide a complete financing package for your new home.

The first step is to apply online at https://www.MarkTownsendTeam.com. Our Team will take your application information and work on a prequalification for the permanent mortgage financing you will need once your new home has been completed. Once we have you prequalified, we will send a Conditional Loan Commitment, along with your application package, to Security State Bank. They will use this information to process, approve and close your Construction Loan. Once your new home is within 60 to 90 days of completion, we will update your application and begin preparing your permanent mortgage so you can pay off your Construction Loan.
